It's called a "Raclette", and it is ingenious. Kind of like reverse fondue, because you put the cheese on the food instead of the food in the cheese. Today is my friend Anna's birthday, and being French she likes to celebrate with typically French things. Voila! I'm hoping to be able to organize something like this:
